Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier.
International
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delays
Courier, customs, or unexpected delays are outside our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre Order
Pre-orders are expected to arrive within 3–4 weeks.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including sizing, colour choice, or personal preference.
Refunds are only available for faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing lusastudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
Once confirmed, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement where available.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
