Pre Order

Why hasn’t my in-stock item shipped yet?

  • If you order an in-stock item together with a pre-order item, your full order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order arrives. This helps avoid multiple shipping charges.

  • Pre-orders are expected to arrive within 3–4 weeks.

  • If you require in-stock items to be shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing, colour choice, or preference.

  • Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Any faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at lusastidios@gmail.com including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Items deemed faulty must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Once the fault is confirmed, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement (where available).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
